The John Deutsch University Centre, a major building of the Student Life Centre located at the corner of Union and University, is a student-run community centre dedicated to enhancing the quality of student and campus life. Operated by the Alma Mater Society and built on the foundations of the Students' Memorial Union, the JDUC takes pride in a tradition of shared and autonomous governance.
The Information Centre and Facility Office, located in the John Deutsch University Centre (JDUC) oversees the day-to-day operations of the JDUC, Grey House, bookable space in MacGillivray-Brown and the student life section of the Queen’s Centre (non-athletic).
Services provided through the Information Centre and Facility Office includes room and table reservations for the JDUC, Queen’s Centre (QC), MacGillivray-Brown and table reservations only for the Mackintosh-Corry student street. Locker rentals (JDUC and QC), and poster/banner authorization and distribution services are also offered.
